Since the Brennan family took the reins in 1974, we’ve been on a mission to revolutionize hospitality and create lasting dining memories. Ti Adelaide Martin and Lally Brennan, our dynamic duo of co-proprietors, have carried on the spirit of warm hospitality and excellent service Commander’s has come to be known for. We believe that every guest who walks through our doors should feel like family.

Every dinner menu at the restaurant is custom-designed by local artist Tim Trapolin, featuring beautiful original illustrations of the bustling Commander’s kitchen that guests frequently take home to frame as posters

Promotions and specials

25¢ Martini Lunch: One of the most famous restaurant promotions in the United States. When you order a lunch entrée on Thursdays and Fridays, you can purchase martinis for just 25 cents each. There is a strict limit of 3 martinis per person

Catering

Commander’s Palace does not offer traditional off-site catering services. However, the iconic New Orleans restaurant provides extensive on-site private dining and event hosting for occasions ranging from rehearsal dinners to corporate board meetings. Additionally, they offer nationwide meal shipping through Goldbelly.
